1. Use of Service

Don’t misuse courses or attempt to disrupt sessions. Be respectful in group environments.

Acceptable use

Participate respectfully and follow facilitator guidance.

Keep group spaces constructive and safe.

Prohibited behavior

Harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing.
Attempting to bypass access controls or disrupt sessions.
Copying or redistributing protected materials without permission.

2. Payments

Prices are in USD. Refunds are available within 14 days if no session has been attended.

Safety note

If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or emotional distress during exercises, stop and seek appropriate support. Participation is voluntary and you are responsible for your personal well-being while engaging with any activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials belong to VertexNest unless otherwise noted.

What you can do

Use handouts for personal practice.
Quote brief excerpts with attribution where fair use applies.

What you can’t do

Resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute course media.
Remove watermarks or ownership notices.

5. Accounts, Access & Conduct

If an account is used, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or behavior that harms other participants.

Live sessions and community spaces

You agree not to record, stream, or rebroadcast live sessions without written permission. Respect privacy—do not share personal details of other participants outside the session context.

6. Changes to Service

We may update course content, scheduling, facilitators, or platform features over time. When changes materially affect these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VertexNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and VertexNest regarding the service.
